The Member Services Discussion Group focuses on identifying important issues that affect all super funds, employers and members. The topics and issues discussed cover administration, legislative & compliance, member communication, technology etc.

Dr Zita Unger

Zita Unger has a distinguished career spanning 25 years as an evaluator, educator, and entrepreneur, drawing on extensive knowledge of organisational development, business acumen and governance experience to bring valuable contributions at the board level. Zita is a Fellow of the Australian Evaluation Society (AES), graduate of AICD Company Directors and graduate of AIST Superannuation Trustees.

Zita is currently an independent director on various boards and has several governance and risk committee roles.

    Presented by Dr Zita Unger, Independent DirectorZita has interviewed experts in the risk area including senior leaders in the superannuation industry for her upcoming book and study into ‘a-ha’ moments in risk management.

    Zita will delve into the complex roles of Boards and governance and share her insights into what good looks like from a risk governance perspective and the challenges facing Trustee Boards and senior superannuation managers in the future.
