Kate Rose, Glenn Jenkins and Peita Laufer

Retirement outcomes still vary widely depending on gender: For all the conversation over the years, why hasn’t this changed, and why are we still having this conversation?  Have the recent WGEA report card shown any movement of the dial in empowering women within their firms? And are women-dominated divisions still paid less that those that are male-dominated?

Two industry thought leaders talk about their own thoughts, and importantly, the successes they are seeing.
