ASFA Governance
ASFA is a not-for-profit, member-based organisation governed by a board of directors and a constitution, operating as a public, unlisted company limited by guarantee.
Board overview
The Board has an independent chair and ten directors, elected from and by the various membership categories of ASFA (excluding individual members). The Board has four standing committees: Policy, Finance and Risk, HR and Remuneration and Member Services.
ASFA ensures it has effective governance by allowing all categories of ASFA members an opportunity to contribute through its various committees, councils and panels.
