The future of superannuation starts today
Where the next generation of super takes shape.
Future Leaders is ASFA’s community for the industry’s rising talent – the people asking sharp questions, pushing new ideas, and building the networks that will carry them through their careers. Whether it’s swapping ideas over drinks at a networking event, or stepping up on the main stage to pitch a big idea to the whole industry, Future Leaders is your space to connect, contribute, and be seen.
What can you get involved with?
Networking
Your Opportunity. Your Future.
Some of the most valuable moments in your career won’t happen in a boardroom or a conference session; they’ll happen over a drink with someone who gets it. Someone who’s navigating the same challenges, asking the same questions, and is just as fired up about where this industry is heading.
That’s what Future Leaders is about.
This year, we’re going bigger. We’re bringing Future Leaders networking events to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane; giving you more opportunities throughout the year to connect with peers, share ideas, and build the kind of relationships that actually move your career forward.
Keep an eye on this page as event details drop throughout the year.
Then there’s Conference. If you haven’t experienced it before, there’s nothing quite like walking into a room full of the brightest minds in superannuation. This year, we’re in Melbourne, and Future Leaders will be kicking off the week with their own welcome drinks on the first night, Tuesday 17 November, at a separate venue, away from the main conference buzz. It’s informal, it’s fun, and it’s the best possible way to start the week, already connected, already energised, ready to make the most of everything Conference has to offer.
Whether you’re here for the competition or just the networking, we have you covered.
