Emerging Leaders is ASFA’s group for professionals in the superannuation industry under 40. It is designed for under 40s by under 40s, with a dedicated committee of Emerging Leader members.
As an Emerging Leader, you will get the chance to form relationships with a variety of people across the superannuation industry. Meet like-minded under 40s at our Emerging Leader networking events and gain exclusive access to industry executives and decision makers through our mentoring and learning opportunities.
Emerging Leaders events and programs are designed to help you develop your professional skills in a fun and interesting setting.
Above all, the Emerging Leaders program is a chance for young people in the superannuation industry to have their voices heard.

How do I join?
Membership is open to anyone who works in the superannuation industry and is under 40. So whether you’re working for a company that provides services to the super sector or working for a super fund, this is the group for you.
It doesn’t cost anything to join the Emerging Leaders group. A small fee will be charged to attend events.
