The National Legislation Discussion Group provides a forum where participants can openly raise, discuss and debate various trends and issues faced by the superannuation industry in the development and implementation of legislation.
The discussions encompass a variety of legislative developments including prudential regulation, corporate and financial services regulation, anti-money laundering, privacy, taxation, insolvency, and other regulatory policy developments impacting on superannuation, as well as the implications of significant recent case law.

Andrew Brown
Andrew is co-founder and Lead Sense maker for Adaptive Cultures. Adaptive Cultures has been recognised by senior executive and board levels as ‘turning around’ cultures, leadership behaviours and results, helping leaders to make changes with a substantial positive impact on the wider organisation and community.
Andrew has worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region, His work has covered advising on start-ups and acquisitions, conducting capacity building initiatives for regulators across the Asia Pacific region (including Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and India) and designing region-wide leadership programs and development initiatives.
Andrew was previously a lecturer in Risk Management and Risk Culture and has worked extensively across Financial Services in supporting organisations in embedding healthy risk cultures.
Andrew has also held executive positions across the Asia Pacific region. These include Head of Learning and Leadership Development for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, Chief Actuary for AXA Life Singapore and Chief Financial Officer for Philippine AXA Life. Andrew was previously a director for the Actuaries Institute (AI) and has also been a member of the global AXA Learning and Development Board.
