Jorden Lam is the Head of Member Service Performance at HESTA, where she brings a broad leadership perspective shaped by senior executive and board roles across the financial services and health sectors.
Prior to her current role, Jorden served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at HESTA, building deep expertise across operations, legal, governance, risk and strategic execution. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director for a number of health service providers, giving her a distinctive cross-sector perspective on leadership, organisational performance, and member outcomes.
Recognised for both her commercial acumen and contribution to industry, Jorden has received multiple public accolades for her achievements in the financial services and legal sectors Her work is characterised by a pragmatic leadership style, a strong governance lens, and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for members and stakeholders alike.
