After attending this workshop you will be able to:

  • explain what good AI governance looks like at board and executive level
  • identify key questions leaders should be asking about AI use, accountability and oversight
  • recognise key AI risk areas, including cyber, data, privacy, third-party and member-impact risks
  • understand how AI governance connects with existing risk, compliance, cyber and data frameworks
  • consider practical AI use cases and the governance guardrails needed to support responsible adoption.

Who should attend?

This Masterclass is targeted at trustee directors, board members, CEOs, senior executives, and leaders across risk, compliance, cyber, technology, data, legal, operations and governance functions within superannuation funds.

It is particularly relevant for senior stakeholders who need to understand where AI is being used, who is accountable, what risks it creates, and whether their organisation has appropriate governance, assurance and controls in place.
