Understanding Automation and AI in Modern Superannuation: What Leaders Need to Know

About this event

Automation and artificial intelligence are increasingly being applied across superannuation, yet many leaders are still navigating what different technologies mean in practice and how they should be assessed from a risk, governance and capability perspective.

Join Nadine Moore, Director of Automation and AI, Global Investor and Distribution Solutions Australia, SS&C Technologies, for a senior‑level virtual workshop focused on building a shared, practical understanding of automation and AI within superannuation.

The session will examine the evolution from traditional automation through to AI, demystify commonly used terminology and outline how these technologies are being applied today across superannuation operations and member servicing. It will also address the key considerations executives and trustees need to understand when assessing AI‑enabled solutions, including regulatory guidance and perspective and organisational readiness required to implement AI effectively.
