The National Legislation Discussion Group provides a forum where participants can openly raise, discuss and debate various trends and issues faced by the superannuation industry in the development and implementation of legislation.
The discussions encompass a variety of legislative developments including prudential regulation, corporate and financial services regulation, anti-money laundering, privacy, taxation, insolvency, and other regulatory policy developments impacting on superannuation, as well as the implications of significant recent case law.

Speakers
Tanushree Dabral is the co-founder and Managing Director of PX Partners, a practitioner-led risk and compliance consulting firm. Prior to launching PX Partners, Tanushree was a risk and compliance practitioner with over two decades of experience across Australia, Asia and North America. She has led 1st and 2nd Line risk and compliance teams with coverage of various risk areas such as AML/CTF, conduct and conflicts. Tanushree brings deep industry expertise in the wealth sector and has overseen numerous independent reviews of AML/CTF programs and advised on AML/CTF related regulatory surveillance both in Australia and overseas.
Jon O’Keeffe is the co-founder and Managing Director of PX Partners and brings extensive experience and critical perspective across governance, risk and compliance in financial services, having held senior in-house roles within investment management. He has served as an AML/CTF Compliance Officer and as a Responsible Entity Director, providing deep insight into regulatory obligations and the practical challenges of implementation. Jon’s experience includes leading AML/CTF policy development and implementation, advising on regulatory engagement, and overseeing independent reviews of AML programs.
