FAQs

I have an ASFA account and ID – does that mean I’m an ASFA member?

ASFA’s membership is made up of organisations from the superannuation industry as well as a smaller number of individual members. If you are an employee of one of our member organisations, or you are an individual member, you are entitled to member benefits such as discounts on courses and events and exclusive content. You need an ASFA account to access these. If your organisation is a member of ASFA, and you don’t have an ASFA account you can create one here. If you’re not sure if your organisation is a member, see our Member Directory or contact ASFA Membership.

If your organisation is not an ASFA organisational member, and you’re not an individual member, you can still sign up to the ASFA website and register for events and courses at non-member prices. You can also manage the e-communications you receive from ASFA and pay outstanding invoices.

All employees of an ASFA organisational member have access to member-only content. If you aren’t sure if your organisation is a member of ASFA, refer to the Member Directory or contact ASFA Membership.

Individual members also have access to member-only content – excluding ASFA Best Practice Papers and some research papers.

To access member-only content you will need an ASFA account. If you don’t have an ASFA account you can create one here.

If you are not an employee of an organisation member or an individual member of ASFA, see the membership section to find out more about member benefits and how to become a member.
