The National Insurance Discussion Group is a forum to raise, debate and share information on topical issues in the superannuation industry which have a major impact on the payment of death, disability and insurance benefits.
The Discussion Group aims to assist funds to implement best-practice solutions in these fields, with a focus on meeting the business needs of the fund and members, in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with regulatory expectations and precedent established by the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) and the Courts.
