Phil loves to build businesses with a purpose. He is the CEO of Australia’s only national Indigenous financial wellbeing provider, First Nations Foundation. Since 2014, The Foundation has helped the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community reconnect with $24m in lost super via the Big Super Day Out. Under his leadership, First Nations Foundation was named the 2020 Indigenous business of the year from My Business.
