Paul Pinder joined KPMG in early 2020 and is a Partner in the firm’s Transformational Change team, working mainly with financial services clients. His specialisations include leadership effectiveness, organisational culture, sales and service capability, change management and learning and development.
Prior to joining KPMG, Paul spent five years in the UK where he led a team driving the successful transformation of leadership and culture at RBS/NatWest Group, where his team also won three consecutive Princess Royal Training Awards. Before that, Paul was a leading member of the team responsible for the Commonwealth Bank’s customer service transformation.
