May Lee leads Mercer Pacific Employee Experience and Culture team. She has over 20 years of experience combining in-house strategic HR and organisational psychology qualifications from her studies in London, Singapore and Australia.
As a diagnostic specialist, May has led complex international projects in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, EVP, Design Thinking, and Organisational Culture. Completing a postgraduate thesis on cultural identity during M&A’s, May takes both a behavioral and pragmatic approach to supporting people transformations within organisational contexts.
As an executive coach, May works closely with leadership across all levels to understand how to optimise workplace culture to drive high performance. Having spent over a decade based in London and Asia, May’s attune to culturally diverse challenges across multi-site organisations spanning a variety of industries including professional services, airlines, not-for-profits, government departments, telecommunications, utilities and the technology sector.
May holds a Master of Science (Organizational Psychology, Distinction), London Met University, and competed her Undergraduate Psychology studies in Australia. She is qualified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Level A and psychometrics.
