Kylie Willment is a Senior Partner in Mercer’s Investments business, based in Sydney. She is the Chief Investment Officer for the Pacific region, and leads the Investment Management team, consisting of asset allocation strategists, portfolio managers and analysts across Australia and New Zealand. The team is responsible for managing approximately A$90 billion in assets within Mercer’s investment funds.
Kylie is Chair of Mercer’s Australian OCIO Asset Allocation Committee and a member of the Public Markets Investment Committee, Private Markets Investment Committee, Mainstream Assets Global Investment Committee, the Investments and Pacific Leadership Teams.
Prior to joining Mercer in October 2017, Kylie gained 25 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years at NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp), where she was integral to the evolution of TCorp’s investment function. Kylie is also a Non-Executive Director on the icare Board, where she is the Chair of the Investment and Asset Committee.
Kylie holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). She has also served as a Director of the CIMA Society of Australia and has been a member of the Investment and Wealth Institute’s Global Certification Commission.
