Kris Daff is a leader in Australia’s property development, build-to-rent development and community housing markets. With over 20 years of experience, he has built a career on his extensive experience in financial structuring across all industry sectors, with a focus on residential development. As Managing Director of Assemble and MAKE Ventures, Kris oversees the delivery of occupant-centric, affordable build-to-rent development and community management across a growing multi-residential portfolio.
As of 2021, Kris established Super Housing Partnerships as Executive Director and formed a joint venture with Housing Choices Australia to develop and operate the largest privately funded portfolio of social and affordable build-to-rent housing in the nation’s history. Super Housing Partnerships is a specialist housing fund manager focused on increasing the affordable housing supply through partnerships with institutional asset owners.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science and has completed postgraduate education at Harvard Business School.
