Jane Eccleston leads ASIC’s Superannuation and Life Insurance team within ASIC’s Regulation and Supervision group. She oversees ASIC’s regulatory work associated with the superannuation and life insurance industries.
Jane’s previous role at ASIC was Senior Executive Leader, Superannuation. Her many years of regulatory experience includes senior roles overseeing superannuation, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate governance and supervising the ASX and other licensed financial markets. Before joining ASIC, Jane was a lawyer in private and corporate practice. She holds honours degrees in Law and Psychology from the University of Sydney.
