Justine is Head of the Portfolio Strategy Team at AustralianSuper where she is responsible for managing the Balanced Option and oversighting the all the investment options for the Fund. Prior to joining AustralianSuper in January 2019, Justine was a Principal Consultant at Frontier Advisors where she was head of the Debt, Alternatives & Innovation research team and co-lead of the advisory mandate for a large superannuation fund client. She joined Frontier in 2005 as an Associate and relocated to London in 2008 where she worked for Watson Wyatt Consultant before re-joining Frontier in 2010. Prior to 2005, Justine worked for Goldman Sachs London.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments from FINSIA and is a CFA Charterholder.
