Jemma is an actuary based in Sydney and has over 20 years’ experience providing investment consulting advice to large, sophisticated superannuation funds in the UK and Australia on areas such as asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection and governance issues. 

She works closely with the consulting, investment management and global strategic research teams supporting the development of Mercer’s global and local intellectual capital.  She sits on Mercer’s local Research and Policy group which consults and engages with the marketplace and the government on issues of policy and change and has wide experience of acting as an expert witness in court cases and mediations.
