Shaun’s career began as a software developer in South Africa. Relocating to London, he continued his professional journey as a Lead Developer in the New Media team with Transport for London. Always honing his skills in crafting innovative solutions, it wasn’t long before he was managing his own teams, demonstrating his knack for guiding and motivating others toward success. This led to new roles overseeing Professional Services and Presales teams, where his focus moved more towards managing client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
His career went from strength to strength when he took on the role of Services Director, quickly followed by a promotion to Global Services Director with Nintex. In these leadership roles, Shaun consistently delivered results by bringing together his dual passions for people and technology, ensuring that both clients and teams flourished under his leadership.
With Tecala’s acquisition of rapidMATION – the business which Shaun co-founded – he’s now our General Manager for Automation, Data and AI. In this role, Shaun is leading our clients through an emerging world of possibilities, in which technology is amplifying human potential in new and exciting ways
