We will be hosting two important masterclasses on the first day of the ASFA Conference at the ICC, Sydney on 19 November. These are stand-alone sessions which will take place just prior to the main conference commencing at 2pm and is open to all industry professionals to attend.

Led by industry experts, each face-to-face workshop will focus on a current pressing issue to help leaders and managers finetune strategies to improve operations and member outcomes.

Masterclass 2: Delivering better insurance outcomes for members
A practical deep dive with King & Wood Mallesons
