Developed in partnership with MinterEllison, this workshop is designed to help trustees, directors, CEOs, service providers and people in senior management roles understand the current superannuation governance framework, and their roles, responsibilities and risks under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (SIS Act) and APRA’s prudential standards.
The workshop is built around the core principles underpinning the current framework and includes:
- trusteeship and core governance
- investment strategies
- insurance strategies
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which can be offered to APRA as proof of your continuing professional development in this critical area.
