Recent changes to the breach reporting regime for superannuation trustees has given rise to many questions about compliance with RG 78 Breach reporting by AFS licensees and credit licensees.
Facilitated by Sanela Osmanovic, Senior Associate, KHQ Lawyers and Natalie Cambrell, Principal Solicitor, KHQ Lawyers, this interactive workshop will provide you with practical guidance on how RSE licensees can meet their obligations to report certain breaches of the law to ASIC. There will also be an opportunity during the hour to hear from other attendees about how they are approaching these issues.
