About

The Innovation Discussion Group focuses on transformation and innovation within the superannuation industry, with a particular emphasis on how this can be leveraged through the implementation of emerging techniques & technologies.

Topics for discussion include accessing new administration models, customer experience and member engagement, product innovation, cyber security in an increasingly digital world, trends in the insurance and investment spaces and emerging technologies such as blockchain, open banking, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
