Emerging Leaders is ASFA’s group for professionals in the superannuation industry under 40. It is designed for under 40s by under 40s, with a dedicated committee of Emerging Leader members.
As an Emerging Leader, you will get the chance to form relationships with a variety of people across the superannuation industry. Meet like-minded under 40s at our Emerging Leader networking events and gain exclusive access to industry executives and decision makers through our mentoring and learning opportunities.
Emerging Leaders events and programs are designed to help you develop your professional skills in a fun and interesting setting.
Above all, the Emerging Leaders program is a chance for young people in the superannuation industry to have their voices heard.
Harry Wall is Head of Client Account Management, Australia at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2017. In this role, he oversees the Australian Institutional Client Account Management Team and manages key institutional client relationships. Prior to joining Henderson in 2015 as a client account manager, Harry was a client services manager from 2010 at Perennial Investment Partners responsible for managing the servicing of institutional and retail clients. He was a marketing and client service assistant at Perennial from 2008.
Harry received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from The University of Sydney. He holds a Certificate in Applied Finance and has 13 years of financial industry experience.
Matt has more than 14 years of experience with PwC specialising in the Superannuation and Asset Management industries, bringing detailed knowledge of the regulatory compliance and emerging areas of industry focus.
He has extensive experience in external and internal audits, GS007 controls reporting and compliance audits, particularly with superannuation funds that have various service models and defined
More recently, Matt has been involved with a number of superannuation fund merger/successor fund transfer due diligence, transformation and transition projects.
Matt is passionate about engaging with the next generation of leaders in the superannuation industry through his role on the ASFA Victoria Emerging Leaders Committee and delivery of the industry training.
