The ASFA Secretariat met with the office of Hon Amanda Rishworth MP, Minister for Social Services, to discuss superannuation and retirement income policy.
Research and submissions
A submission was made to Treasury in response to the Annual Member Meetings Notice Draft Regulations. The submission was broadly supportive of the proposed changes. These included the proposal to aggregate the reporting of expenses and to align several definitions with those in the accounting standards.
