ASFA would like to send an Experience Kit as a special gift to early bird delegates registered to the February ASFA Conference. To be eligible to receive the experience kit the delegate:
- Must be registered for the ASFA Conference prior to 5.00pm, 8 November 2020 and paid within 30 days.
- Have a valid mailing street or PO Box address listed on their ASFA profile by 9.00am, 11 January 2020.
Only one kit will be sent per delegate ticket purchased. Further kits will not be provided if the delegate ticket is substituted to another member. Exhibitor passes, complimentary delegate tickets and tickets included as part of a partnership are excluded from receiving the Experience Kit.
The experience Kit is being sent via The Goods Tube and contains an alcoholic item. If you do not wish to receive the kit, you must notify ASFA by email to the ASFA Conference team prior to 17 December 2020. Refunds and substitutions are not applicable for Experience Kits.
Provided you are eligible and have not opted out of receiving the kit, the mailing address listed on your ASFA profile will be sent to the Goods Tube at 9.00am, 11 January 2020.
If the kit cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details or other reason for unavailability, the parcel will be returned to the Goods Tube team who may charge a fee to re-ship it again.
