The attendee is automatically captured as a lead.
On the first day you will receive an email containing a link directing you to a page with a single-use download link where you will be able to download your CSV file. The link is updated in real time , so when you click on it, it will download a CSV containing all the leads you had captured up until that point in time.
We recommend clicking the link at the end of each event day to download the leads obtained throughout the day. to generate a new link – this will need to be done each time you want to download your CSV File.

No, this feature is designed to encourage networking. Content can be viewed via the attachments on your booth.
The number of attendees in one video table can range from two to sixteen (including booth staff).
It is recommended that booth staff, guest presenters etc join the Video Table 10 minutes prior to the showcase “live” times. This ensures you are ready to meet with delegates at the designated times.
A host can be appointed to guide a video table discussion, but no elevated permissions are provided to the host.

Please login to the platform using your email address. You will be sent a one time password to access the platform. Once on the platform, you can access your exhibition showcase page and join your live video chat room as a delegate would. Please refer to the instructions on how to join.
