The attendee is automatically captured as a lead.

On the first day you will receive an email containing a link directing you to a page with a single-use download link where you will be able to download your CSV file. The link is updated in real time , so when you click on it, it will download a CSV containing all the leads you had captured up until that point in time.

We recommend clicking the link at the end of each event day to download the leads obtained throughout the day. to generate a new link – this will need to be done each time you want to download your CSV File.

The information contained in the export is:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Job title
• Company
• Notes (any notes recorded on the lead capture device, at the time the lead is captured)
• Date created (date and time of lead first captured)
• Date update (date and time of lead last updated, e.g. added notes)
• If optional tags are used, each tag will be contained in a column prefixed with “TAG” and the tag name e.g: TAG:Hot or TAG:Warm
• If the optional feature is configured, allowing exhibitors to email their lead from with-in the lead capture device, then additional columns showing ‘email sent’ will be viewed in the export. An additional column will be added for each email created.

To join a Video Table:

• Click on Join next to the session you wish to join
• Your device will prompt you to allow access to your camera and microphone – click Allow
• Confirm that the correct Camera, Microphone, and Speaker devices have been chosen (you’ll see a camera and microphone preview)
• Click on Continue at the bottom right hand corner of the session. Note: some devices may require you to scroll down to see this button

On a laptop or desktop computer, the best browser to use is Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

Attendees are required to have the following pre-requisites:

• Be a registered attendee
• Have a suitable Internet connection
• Functioning webcam and audio (However, users can mute audio and/or turn off their video once they join the video table)
• A modern browser.

Attendees must be registered for the ASFA Conference to access video tables.

No, as the delegate has not consented to video recording, this is not supported.

No, this feature is designed to encourage networking. Content can be viewed via the attachments on your booth.

The number of attendees in one video table can range from two to sixteen (including booth staff).

It is recommended that booth staff, guest presenters etc join the Video Table 10 minutes prior to the showcase “live” times. This ensures you are ready to meet with delegates at the designated times.

A host can be appointed to guide a video table discussion, but no elevated permissions are provided to the host.

The live chat is now available and will continue throughout the Conference.

Please login to the platform using your email address. You will be sent a one time password to access the platform. Once on the platform, you can access your exhibition showcase page and join your live video chat room as a delegate would. Please refer to the instructions on how to join.

• Ensure that you have the correct webcam device selected (use the dropdown to see if there are any other cameras detected by your browser, and select another one if another one is there)
• If the above does not work, click on the padlock next to the address bar in your browser, and ensure that any camera settings are set to "allow", then refresh your browser

• Ensure that you are using one of the recommended web browsers
• If you are on a company network, the services used to run the video table session may be blocked by a firewall. Contact your internal IT department to ensure that these services can be unblocked
