Frank has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, in the areas of wealth management, banking, operations, transformation and change management.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Frank is responsible for leading IOOF’s operations and client service teams to deliver superior outcomes for IOOF’s clients and business partners.
Frank is a strong and passionate leader with a proven track-record of successfully leading and motivating complex, high-performing teams of greater than 1,000 people.
As a member of the IOOF Executive Team, Frank has been instrumental in driving a number of IOOF’s key strategic initiatives, including IOOF’s ClientFirst philosophy, which involved the redesign of work, systems, resources and processes from a client perspective; managing relationships with industry regulators (ASIC and APRA), and governance uplift.
Frank joined IOOF in 2015 as General Manager, Transformation—where he was responsible the transformation of the Australian Executors Trustees Limited (AET) business—including a review of the AET Retail Operations and operational aspects of Private Client Services.
In 2016, he was General Manager, Client and Process where he had responsibility for operations and service centres across IOOF’s flagship platform and investment products and services (including IOOF Employer Super, Pursuit, WealthBuilder and Multimix).
Prior to joining IOOF, he held senior management roles at NAB, MLC and Aviva. During his seven years with NAB, Frank oversaw the transformation of NAB’s business banking operations and led the integration of MLC and Aviva’s insurance businesses.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce. He holds a number of directorships for financial services organisations.
