If you are registering for others, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions on their behalf.
Incomplete registrations (such as delegate name not supplied) must be supplied by Monday 20 November 2023.
If you are unable to attend the ASFA Conference (including as a result of Covid-19 government restrictions), a replacement delegate may be substituted for your ticket at no extra cost, or we will endeavor to make the content available to you online. Change requests must be received in writing by Wednesday 22 November 2023.
Attendance at the ASFA Conference is only for the individual listed on the confirmation email. Registration cannot be shared
Any attendance recorded prior to a substitution being made, will be removed upon the substitution being made.
Non-financial members: If your organisation or individual membership is non-financial at 31 September 2023, please note that non-member rates will apply.
As ASFA incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, the following policy applies to all cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing.
ASFA reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Event at its discretion due to any circumstances including without limitation, unavailability of venue, government restrictions (including any restrictions related to Covid-19), danger, or any other cause. Details of any such changes will be published on the Event website, e-newsletter and/or other media. Should there be a requirement to postpone the Conference, registration fees paid will be carried across to the rescheduled event dates.
Cancellations up to and including Friday 18 August 2023 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received from Saturday 19 August 2023 will not receive a refund. Substitutions continue to be welcome up until Wednesday 22 November 2023.
Payment is due 30 days after receipt of invoice or prior to the event date, whichever date may fall first. Your registration will remain provisional until payment is received. If you have any issues with making payment, please let our team know in writing.
Payment for registration made on or after 6 November 2023 must be made by either direct debit or credit card.
Conference name badge
You will be provided with a name badge upon arrival and check-in at the ASFA Conference. To gain access to the sessions and events included in your Conference registration, you will be required to tap your badge. Tapping your badge is also required to record your attendance and receive CPD points. ASFA will not be able to report attendance or provide CPD points for sessions where you have not tapped your badge or where access to that session is not included in your registration.
Your name badge can also be used as an electronic business card throughout the Conference. Simply tap your badge on devices held by ASFA’s supporting partners and exhibitors to provide them with your Conference registration details (your name, job title, email, company and phone number).
Lost name badges
If you lose your name badge, your details will remain safe. Only a unique ID is stored on the badge and it can only be accessed by the ASFA Conference tap devices. Staff at the ASFA Conference enquiries desk can also deactivate the badge and issue a new one for you. ID must be shown before name badges are reissued.
ASFA will not be held responsible for any claims regarding registration related costs. Please obtain your own insurance if you have any concerns.
To adhere to Government requirements for contact tracing of Covid cases, the delegates name, email and mobile will be supplied to the venue.
ASFA will be photographing and filming at this event for the purpose of reporting on the Conference and for use in future promotional material. Please be advised that by registering to attend, you give your consent to be photographed and filmed.
