The ASFA Leadership Symposium is a high-level strategic presentation and workshop held prior to the Conference. This symposium will provide senior industry leaders with access to one of our leading keynote speakers in an intimate learning environment where the formal presentation is followed by some dynamic group exercises.

Infrastructure Tour and Forum

About This unique Conference pre-event will provide fund executives and trustees with a first-hand look at a major infrastructure asset. As well as a tour, attendees will join in on a forum that will discuss the dynamics of infrastructure investment and the benefits that flow through to Australian communities and super fund members.

Dialogue in the Dark

About In an ASFA Conference first, four of the parallel sessions on Thursday will be held in complete darkness. Dialogue in the Dark workshops comprise of individual and team activities and are delivered by professional facilitators with blindness or low vision.

The temporary loss of one key sense can develop a person’s emotional intelligence and social competence, while highlighting the importance of effective communication, leadership, and trust. These workshops are designed to challenge assumptions, overcome limitations, and discover hidden potential.

Dialogue in the Dark is presented in partnership with Guide Dogs Australia.
