Analisa Kirby is the General Manager of Intermediary Marketing at NAB. She is responsible for delivering the marketing strategy for all intermediary channels including financial advisers, mortgage brokers and other third parties to drive strong customer and commercial outcomes across the banking and wealth management spectrum.
Analisa brings over 20 years’ experience in Australian and international wealth management. Prior to NAB, Analisa held senior leadership roles at QIC, AMP Financial Services, AMP Capital Investors and Henderson Global Investors.
Her key areas of expertise include brand strategy, product management, customer experience and marketing strategy. She has also managed all aspects of brand reputation including PR, organisation and executive reputation management, government affairs, communications and cultural change initiatives. She is passionate about the role and alignment of brand, culture and values in delivering great customer and organisational outcomes.
Analisa has a Masters of Management and an Honours degree in Applied Economics.
