Traineeships
ASFA is proud to offer the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Superannuation) as a traineeship program.
This structured program allows employers to up-skill new and existing staff with a nationally recognised qualification funded by the Federal Government.
The Government will pay an incentive of $4,000 to the employer for each eligible trainee. As a result your staff will be qualified without you wearing the financial burden.
What are Traineeships?
Traineeships enable students to undertake a combination of work and study in order to gain the skills and knowledge required to have a successful career in the Superannuation Industry.
