To apply for recognition as an ASFA Associate or Fellow you must complete the application form as well as nominate a referee who must complete the referee form.

Your application will be processed and reviewed by the Education and Professional Accreditation Review Committee (EPARC).

EPARC considers applications for Fellow and Associate eight times per year.

Applications received by 31 August 2010 will be assessed in the next group.
