ASFA Assessments
When will my RG 146 Superannuation Essentials supervisor receive confirmation details for the final assessment?
Final assessment procedures and login details are emailed directly to your nominated supervisor the day prior to your final assessment date.
How do I resit my ASFA100 or RG 146 Superannuation Essentials final assessment?
ASFA 100 and RG 146 Superannuation Essentials students are entitled to one re-sit final assessment should they be deemed not yet competent in the final assessment.
All re-sits must be sat on a Wednesday and must be completed within your deadline date.
A Final Assessment Re-sit form must be submitted to ASFA Learning 5 days prior to your final assessment date. A re-sit fee of $125 applies and has to be paid prior to re-sitting.
Can I sit my ASFA100 or RG 146 Superannuation Essentials final assessment on my deadline date?
Yes, you may sit your final assessment on your deadline date; however no extensions will be granted for students who are deemed not yet competent and require a re-sit. ASFA advises students to sit their final assessment two weeks prior to their deadline date to prevent such instances.
Why is there a clipboard notification popping up?
Receiving this notification usually indicates a need to adjust the security level on your computer or browser. This problem often occurs when Internet Explorer 7 is in use. To solve the problem, simply follow the steps below:
- Open your internet browser and go to tools
- Select internet options
- Click on the Security tab
- Select Custom Level (this will open a new window)
- Scroll down to scripting
- Allow paste operations via script and select enable
Instructions are indicated on the final assessment supervisor letter.
The final assessment can be accessed safely using Internet Explorer version 6. Some settings in Internet Explorer version 7 may prevent entry to the exam (i.e. clipboard error) so its use should be avoided if possible. However, in order for students to attempt the final exam using Internet Explorer 7 you must download, unzip & run the file ASFA has provided for you. This can be found at the top of the screen once the student has logged in. You will require administrator privileges to do this. You may need to consult with your system administrator.
Can I resit my flexible online assessment?
Yes, students will be provided with an opportunity to re-submit their assessment once and if they are not yet satisfactory for one of the assessments or not yet competent for the whole subject even after a re-submit they will have to re-enrol into the same subject at full fee.
ASFA Certificates

I have completed my qualification. Why have I not yet received my Diploma/Advanced Diploma certificate?

I have lost my original ASFA certificate. Can I get a reprint of my certificate award?
Yes, but a fee applies for reprints and some proof of identification may be required.
My name on my certificate needs changing
A certificate is treated the same as a legal document. If any amendments are required, a letter and the original incorrect document must be returned to ASFA Learning Services.
For a change in name due to marriage or deed poll, a change of name document or marriage license – whichever is applicable – is necessary.
