ASFA CPD Points Table 2010-2011
ASFA CPD Points are allocated according to a combination of the number of hours and effort involved and the learning outcomes. The table below sets out the various activities available for the membership year 2010-2011 and their relevant point allocation. These points are revised for the current membership year and relate to activities that begin on or after 1 July 2010.
In response to member feedback, from 1 July 2010 the cap on points for participation in ASFA Discussion Groups has been removed and external CPD points can be calculated at one point per hour.

Personal reading can be counted at the rate of 1 point for 4 hours. A Diary must be kept. Reading recognised through assessments cannot be counted again. |

Associate - 30 points per annum
Fellow - minimum 30 points per annum
To retain your postnominal designation, a minimum of 15 points is required from ASFA activities. |
