This group provides an opportunity for members to exchange knowledge and experiences with industry peers and provides a forum where participants can openly raise, and discuss various trends and issues faced by the superannuation industry in the area of effective communication. Our discussions encompass a variety of communication tools and media, marketing strategy, product materials, member notices, education materials, retention and prospecting strategies and member service. |

The group focuses on changes to the law and practice affecting superannuation: new legislation, APRA circulars, ATO rulings, case law, SCT determinations, best practice updates. The group is for people in all sectors of the superannuation industry who have an interest in keeping up-to-date with regulatory and policy changes and compliance issues, and their impact on the administration of superannuation funds.
