Tony Lally

Chief Executive Officer, Sunsuper Pty Ltd
Tony is a qualified actuary with more than 20 years senior executive experience in the insurance, superannuation and wealth management industries.
Tony joined Sunsuper in May 2007 having spent the previous five years based in Japan developing and introducing strategic plans for actuarial and insurance businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to this, Tony spent more than 10 years working with a major Australian bank, where he built the largest retail fund management business in Australia. |

David Atkin

Chief Executive Officer, Cbus
Prior to joining CBUS in January 2008, David was the CEO for Emergency Services and State Super (ESSSuper). David has also been the CEO for JUST Super as well as the National Marketing and Communications Manager for STA.
David is also Australia's representative on the UNPRI global board, one of 13 members of the board worldwide.
Before moving into superannuation, David had an industrial relations background including positions at the FSU and CPSU. |

Peter Beck

Peter has 33 years experience in financial services including banking, insurance, investments and superannuation.
Previously Peter has been CEO of CommInsure and Director of JMIFA (now Superpartners).
Peter has also been a Director of the Insurance Council of Australia. |

Michele Dolin FAICD, FAIM

Representing – Public Sector Funds
Chief Executive Officer, Government Employees Superannuation Board (GESB) since 2003
Prior to joining GESB, Michele was a General Manager with BankWest and a General Manager with both Westpac and Challenge Bank. Prior to her career in banking, Michele was with PWC and Colonial. |

Michael Dwyer, FASFA

Chief Executive Officer, First State Super
Michael was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of First State Super on 1 December 2004.
Prior to this Michael was formerly the General Manager and Fund Secretary of the Australian Superannuation Savings Employment Trust (ASSET Super).
Michael has been involved in the financial services industry for the last 20 years and has chaired and been a member of a number of ASFA Committees over that time. |

Jim Minto

Managing Director, TOWER Australia Group Limited
When the trans-Tasman TOWER Limited Group separated its New Zealand and Australian businesses in 2006, Jim Minto took on the role of Managing Director of the demerged entity, TOWER Australia Group.
Jim joined TOWER in 1988 in New Zealand and took on the role of Chief Executive of TOWER New Zealand in January 2002. He left the New Zealand business in November 2002 to take up the role as Chief Executive of TOWER Australia Ltd and in March 2005 began oversight of all the TOWER Group businesses.
A Chartered Accountant, Jim has held a number of other directorships and appointments and has been very active in Industry bodies throughout his career. |

Jane Paskin, ASFA AIF

Partner, Clayton Utz
Jane joined Clayton Utz, Lawyers in 1991 to assist in the establishment of its superannuation practice and became a partner in that practice in 1999. She has practised as a superannuation lawyer for over 20 years and, in so doing, has advised all sectors of the industry.
Jane has been involved with ASFA throughout her career and is currently a member of ASFA's Legal and Compliance Policy Sub Committee. |

Nicolette joined Colonial First State in 2001. Previously she worked for BT Funds Management as Vice President and Head of Product Management.
Nicolette has chaired three industry association committees (Choice, Fees and Improving Investor Understanding) and was a recipient of the inaugural IFSA Excellence Awards. |

Janet has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, including superannuation, investment consulting and strategic advice, funds management and economic research and analysis.
Prior to joining QSL in 2007, Janet was the Practice Leader and Principal of Aon's Investment Consulting business in Australia. |
