Visit the ASFA registration desk onsite to register for the full conference, day passes (Wed, Thurs and Friday) or opening plenary session passes.

Due to popular demand, and for the first time ever, ASFA is offering a taste of its National Conference and Super Expo with day passes for each day of this exceptional event.

Note: onsite prices will apply.

Conference registrations do NOT include:

Wednesday pass includes:
  • Access to all Wednesday sessions
  • Access to Super Expo on Wednesday
  • Delegate workbook and satchel
  • Lunch, afternoon tea and the Welcome Reception
  • Access to authorised Wednesday session speaker presentations on ASFA website post-conference
Thursday pass includes:
  • Access to all Thursday sessions
  • Access to Super Expo on Thursday
  • Delegate workbook and satchel
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (Note: Thursday pass does not include attendance at ASFA’s 50th Golden Anniversary Dinner – to purchase a ticket, please note this on the booking form)
  • Access to authorised Thursday session speaker presentations on ASFA website post-conference
Friday pass includes:
  • Access to all Friday sessions
  • Access to Super Expo on Friday
  • Delegate workbook and satchel
  • Morning tea and sit down gala luncheon
  • Access to authorised Friday session speaker presentations on ASFA website post-conference
Opening session pass includes:
  • Attendance at the opening plenary session on Wednesday from 11.00am – 12.05pm
  • Access to the Super Expo on Wednesday morning from 9.00am – 11.00am

Defintions of Registration Types

Members include employees of organisations who are members, nominated representatives and individual members (including fund executives and staff) of ASFA.

Non Members include employees of organisations who do not hold a corporate membership with ASFA or people who do not hold an individual membership with ASFA.

Member Trustees includes chair and directors of trustee boards, but does not include fund executives and their staff. Must hold a member status with ASFA.

Group rate is available to all ASFA members who wish to register five or more member delegates. Registrations must be from the same organisation and submitted at the same time for the discount to apply. This category does not apply to delegates receiving the exhibitor, speaker or trustee rates.

Exhibitor rate applies if your organisation has secured an exhibition booth and would like to register delegates for the full conference. The exhibitor rate is limited to a maximum of two per booth.

International delegate rate is a special discount available to non members of ASFA who reside overseas.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

As ASFA incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, the following policy applies to all cancellations and substitutions. Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing by date advised below.

Cancellations received by 28 September - 30% of total registration fee.

Cancellations received after 28 September – no refund.

Substitutions received by 28 September – no charge.

Substitutions received after 28 September - $33 admin fee.

Insurance

ASFA will not be held responsible for any claims regarding travel, accommodation or registration related costs. Please obtain your own insurance if you have any concerns.
