ASFA Going Green policy
ASFA is committed to the conservation of our environment.
We have implemented a number of 'Green' initiatives in our workplace and at ASFA events in recognition of the environmental impact on our planet.
Our management of 'Green' policies also includes encouraging all our staff, guests and suppliers to adopt environmentally responsible practices. The priority of this policy is to 'Reduce, Re-use and Recycle'.
ASFA wins Corporate Social Responsibility award
A very proud ASFA Events team made it up on stage at the Meetings and Events Association NSW award night in March 2010, taking out the Corporate Social Responsibility Award for the ASFA 2008 National Conference and Super Expo held in Auckland New Zealand.
The award was accepted by General Manager, Conference and Events, Nicolette Hughes and her exceptional Events team.
The team is set to continue to improve CSR policies for the future – as an organisation and for all ASFA events.
ASFA Energy Audit
ASFA has undertaken an Energy Audit to obtain a clear understanding of our green-house emissions.
Sustainable Footprint Environmental Solutions presented ASFA with a Certificate in recognition of our ongoing commitment to Carbon Reduction in our business operations.
