Terms and Conditions:
- Entry into the prize draw is open to ASFA members and Superfunds subscribers only. One entry per member/subscriber only will go into the draw.
- Survey closes Friday, 12 March 2009 at 5pm AEST.
- The survey must be completed in full and contact details provided for entry to be deemed valid. The survey can be completed anonymously but will be not be eligible for the prize draw.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- Draw will take place at the ASFA office on 31 March 2010. Winner will be notified by email.
