How is ASFA funded?

ASFA is a not for profit, member based organisation. It generates revenue through membership fees and through the provision of services to members and non members. These include ASFA's activities as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and the organisation of national and state based events including national conference.

Can ASFA assist me with a general enquiry about my superannuation?

ASFA is a member organisation and can assist ASFA members with questions about superannuation.

If you are a member of the general public with an enquiry regarding superannuation, you may find useful information on ASFA's Super Guru website.

Information is also available from your super fund, on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au and also on the ASIC website at www.fido.gov.au.

Information about making a complaint is available from the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal at www.sct.gov.au.

How can I join ASFA?

Applications for membership should be submitted on the appropriate form and accompanied with the appropriate fee.

How can I get more involved with ASFA?

There are a number of ways in which members can become more involved with ASFA: through state based discussion groups, committees, Divisional Executive Committees and the Board. For more information contact the ASFA Member Services.

All employees and officers of an organisational member of ASFA may access the members' only area of the website.
