Compliance Compliance with ASIC’s Regulatory Guide 146 and APRA’s ‘Fit and Proper’ Policy is continuous. ASFA has set benchmarks in education and CPD to meet these ongoing compliance requirements.
Accreditation Fellows and Associates must obtain 30 CPD points each year to maintain their status.
