DEFINITIONS OF REGISTRATION TYPES

Member Trustees includes chairs and directors of trustee boards, but does not include fund executives, CEOs or their staff. Applies to ASFA members and members of supporting associations (HKRSA, ASHK, ASrIA, HKTA, IFPHK, MPFA, HKIFA)

ASFA Members include employees of organisations who are members, nominated representatives, additional Superfunds subscribers and individual members (including fund executives and staff).

Association Members includes employees of organisations and individuals who hold membership with Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association, Actuarial Society of Hong Kong, Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia, Hong Kong Trustees Association, Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority or the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association.

Non Members include employees of organisations who do not hold a corporate membership or people who do not hold an individual membership with ASFA, Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association, Actuarial Society of Hong Kong or the Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia, Hong Kong Trustees Association, Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority or the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association.

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS
Registration includes:

• Attendance at all forum sessions
• FREE copy of two ASFA Guidance Papers on Risk Management and Governance
• Certificate of attendance for Continuing Professional Development purposes
• Delegate program including onsite material
• Lunch and refreshments during the day
• Attendance at the networking drinks after the sessions
• Access to authorised speaker presentations on ASFA website after the conference (access to delegates only).

Registration does not include:

• Travel and accommodation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Insurance
ASFA will not be held responsible for any claims regarding travel, accommodation or registration related costs. Please obtain you own insurance if you have any concerns.

Cancellations
As ASFA incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, the following policy applies to all cancellations and substitutions. Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing by date advised below.
