REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

Conference registration includes:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Access to the Super Expo
  • Delegate workbook and satchel
  • Lunch and refreshments each day
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference dinner
  • Gala luncheon
  • Access to authorised speaker presentations on ASFA website after the conference (access to delegates only).

Conference registration does not include:

  • Pre-events
  • Golf day
  • Communication Forum and Awards
  • Travel and accommodation
  • Additional tickets to networking functions

Registration cannot be purchased for part attendance of conference or for multiple parties to share.

DEFINITIONS OF REGISTRATION TYPES

Members include employees of organisations who are members, nominated representatives and individual members (including fund executives and staff).

Non Members include employees of organisations who do not hold a corporate membership with ASFA or people who do not hold an individual membership with ASFA.

Member Trustees includes chair and directors of trustee boards, but does not include fund executives and their staff.

Group rate is available to all ASFA members who wish to register five or more member delegates. Registrations must be from the same organisation and submitted at the same time for the discount to apply. This category does not apply to delegates receiving the exhibitor, speaker or trustee rates.

Exhibitor rate applies if your organisation has secured an exhibition booth and would like to register delegates for the full conference. The exhibitor rate is limited to a maximum of two per booth.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Insurance
ASFA will not be held responsible for any claims regarding travel, accommodation or registration related costs. Please obtain you own insurance if you have any concerns.

Cancellations
As ASFA incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, the following policy applies to all cancellations and substitutions. Cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing by date advised below.

Cancellations received by 23 September 2011 30% of total registration fee
Cancellations received after 23 September 2011 No refund
Substitutions received by 23 September 2011 No charge
Substitutions received after 23 September 2011 $33 administration fee
