ASFA has again sourced various accommodation options within close proximity to Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and special accommodation rates have been secured at these hotels for those attending ASFA 2011.
In a world first, OzAccom have launched a new accommodation booking system allowing delegates to compare the negotiated ASFA conference rate with the best rate set by the hotel (available to the public on 'discount' websites) and make a booking accordingly.
DON’T MISS OUT – BOOK EARLY
We recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible as there are only a limited number of rooms available at each hotel. The hotels closest to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre will most certainly be the first to sell out, but don’t despair as all the official hotels are close to the conference venue.
ACCOMMODATION RATES
All accommodation rates are valid for the conference only if booked through OzAccom. Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis room only. Rates and all information are current at time of publication and are subject to change without prior notification. Bookings made after 7 October 2011 may be subject to further terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing to The OzAccom Group. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. All accommodation rates are listed in Australian Dollars and are valid for the event only if booked through OzAccom.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival may incur a penalty of one night’s accommodation. Cancellations after 28 October will vary depending on the hotel. Please read the confirmation from OzAccom carefully for the cancellation fees associated with your hotel.
