When does the early bird discount registration fee close?
Early bird registration closed on 29 July 2011. Standard registration rates apply after this date.

I have special dietary needs, how can these be met?
Please fill in the Special Requirements section on the registration form when you register and ASFA will ensure that special meals are prepared. You will be notified of the collection point when you arrive at the conference. Please ensure ASFA is notified at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Can I purchase additional tickets after I’ve already registered?
Yes, please download the booking form from the registration page.

Can I attend just one session or day of the conference?
Registration cannot be purchased for part attendance of the conference or for multiple parties to share.

Can non-delegates attend the pre-events?
Yes. The pre-events are open to delegates and non-delegates by invitation only.

I don’t want to attend an inclusive networking function; do I get a refund?
No. Refunds are not given for the Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner as they are included in the overall package of the registration fee.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations received on or before 23 September 2011 incur a fee of 30% of the invoice total.
Cancellations received after 23 September do not receive a refund.
Substitutions are welcome.

Substitutions are welcome and must be received in writing.
Substitutions received on or before 23 September 2011 incur no fee.
Substitutions received after 23 September 2011 incurs a $33 administration fee.

How do I obtain a tax invoice?
All attendees will be emailed a tax invoice once their registration has been processed.
